Do concussions qualify as a brain injury?

Concussions are a common injury, and are considered a traumatic brain injury, or TBI. The symptoms of a concussion can vary dramatically, and about 10% of suffers will develop Post-Concussion Syndrome which can cause symptoms to last long-term. If you or a family member have experienced a concussion after an accident, contact us to speak with an experience attorney.

How much can I expect for brain injury settlement?

Because these cases differ from each other, we aren’t able to provide ranges of expected settlements. Results depend not only on the strength of the evidence for liability, but also whether there are multiple defendants. The evaluation of your personal damages will be different from any other case because each one of us is unique. To obtain a reasoned and thoughtful evaluation of your case, contact our office, and we will provide you with a reasonable evaluation.  We will identify and discuss with you the strengths and weaknesses of your particular case, and will communicate with you in confidence. We understand that everything that reasonably affects your life should be taken into account. Knowledge is strength.
