Professional Experience

Attorney Dias rejoined the firm in January 2013, after serving eighteen months as the Manager of the Fall River Office of the Department of Industrial Accidents. Attorney Dias had previously worked at the firm from November 2007 through June 2011.

A 1987 graduate of UMass Dartmouth, he graduated in the top ten of his evening division of Roger Williams School of Law in 1998. He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and the District Courts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association.

Attorney Dias has an extensive background within the insurance industry as he worked as an adjuster, supervisor and attorney for several major insurance carriers. His practice is concentrated in the areas of motor vehicle accidents, dog bite claims, general negligence matters, slip and fall injuries, catastrophic injury claims, wrongful death claims, worker’s compensation matters and third party liability actions.
